Mark B. Cohen (born 1949) is a state legislator and state legislative leader in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the Democratic Party. Cohen has held elective leadership positions in the House Democratic Caucus since January 1990 when he narrowly defeated Allen Kukovich. He is currently his second stint as Democratic Majority Caucus Chairman, a position he previously held from 1990 through 1992. Cohen is second in seniority in the House, second among elected House leaders in seniority as a House leader, and the most senior elected legislative leader from Philadelphia.
