Alice Jones (born Alice Rebecca Jones on 4 March 1993) in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. She played Katie Rowan in Heartbeat (TV series) when she was three to four years old from 1996 - 1997 (Although her last episode was shown in 1998). Her mother's name is Joanne, the name of Juliette Gruber's character(JO) in Heartbeat. She took over the role from twins Amelia and Emily in 1996. Having already appeared in one episode 'The Championships' as an extra. Alice spent some time in the Canadian Rockies, when her character 's family decided to move to Canada, where they filmed 'Heartbeat Changing Places' in 1997, One of her parents probably her father is of Welsh ancestry - hence the surname 'Jones'.
