She received a B.A. from Hunter College and her M.S. from Columbia's Graduate School of Journalism, and appeared regularly on the Today Show from 1964-1973. She has appeared in one film, Woody Allen's Stardust Memories . She is the author of The Private Eye, The Cowboy and the Very Naked Girl; Judith Crist's TV Guide to the Movies and Take 22: Moviemakers on Moviemaking.
