James J. "Jim" Cramer (born February 10, 1955 in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania) is an American television personality, former hedge fund manager, and best-selling author. In 2007, NewsBios.com named him one of the 100 most influential business journalists in the United States. Cramer is host of CNBC's Mad Money and co-founder of TheStreet.com. According to the January 27, 2007 episode of High Net Worth on CNBC, Cramer claimed to have a net worth of over $100 million. He currently resides in Summit, New Jersey.
